Just as Superboy had his Legion of Super-Heroes, so did Krypto have his Space Canine Patrol Agency. Mighty dogs all, each, with the exception of Krypto, possessed one unique super-canine ability. Super-heat! Super-inflation! Super-leg-multiplication! Led by chairdog Tail Terrier (the only one who could hold the gavel), the SCPA struck fear in the hearts of evil dogs throughout the galaxy....
