Email Your Comments Maybe the best of the Citiparks courts. Spectacular setting. Bring your out of town visitors here for a game. No one is ever there. (Don't tell anyone about this facility!) However, on certain weekday evenings during the summer PTL teams may reserve all the courts. See posted signs. No rest room facilities available...well there is the near by Allegheny River, but you're on your own. BYO water. The single water fountain is an inconvenient distance from the courts and frequently doesn't work. The three south-most courts drain poorly after rain. How to get there: 1. At north end of 31st St. bridge turn onto River Ave (just before the intersection with Rt 28. 2. Immediately turn left onto ramp/bridge leading to the island 3. At bottom of ramp turn left. 4. Follow road until it dead ends at tennis court parking area. 5. Watch out for the stop sign hidden by the rail road bridge and the big bump just before your enter the parking area.
